WWI Vintage Remington 1917 Bayonet Mismarked 1918 For Trenchguns And Enfields

WWI Vintage Remington M 1917 Bayonet Mismarked 1918. At the beginning of 1918 Remington began to stamp 1918 on the bayonets that they manufactured which they assumed was the date instead of 1917 which was the model number. Stopped after a short time, these mismarked bayonets are quite rare and collectable. Bayonet is in excellent condition with solid walnut grips in good condition, Blade looks to have been factory sharpened only and is 17 long. Release works well, Pommel, guard and release look great.
