Offered here is an outstanding mixed collection of vintage British and Commonwealth military medals, cap badges, shoulder titles, uniform buttons and insignia spanning primarily the World War I through World War II eras. This is a particularly interesting group with representation from several British Army regiments and corps, along with an Australian military badge.Items visible in the collection include. WWI 1916 "ON WAR SERVICE" triangular brass badge with crown and 1916 center. This style was issued during the First World War and is associated with women performing essential wartime work, including munitions workers.
